Interesting Twist: The dark comedy, initially planned in 2013 and featuring Patrick Wilson as the lead, has been stuck in development limbo, much like how Insidious 6 remains enshrouded in mystery. Despite Sony Pictures’ decision to keep the sixth installment of Insidious on their schedule (Screen Gems will distribute it), there is no clarity regarding the project’s status. It continues to be in pre-production, with only producers confirmed – a group that may include Jason Blum, Oren Peli, and others. At present, there are no writers, directors, or cast members attached to Insidious 6.

As a devoted movie critic, I recently sat down with Charlie Cox for an exclusive chat about the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series. In our discussion, he shed light on how this new show will set itself apart from the cherished original, while still resonating with long-time fans.

In his words, “The rewrites needed to preserve certain elements of the original show, particularly its tone, which wasn’t being adequately captured.” He went on to explain that one significant change is the darker, more ominous atmosphere that now pervades the series. At times, it delves into the depths of sheer sinister and brutal violence – a setting that truly brings these characters to life.

Mexican actress Herrera, known for her roles in Ozark and Rebel Moon, has revealed details about Las Muertas, a limited series helmed by director Luis Estrada that is based on Jorge Ibargüengoitia’s novel. The story centers around a pair of pimp sisters who abduct women for their brothels, ultimately disposing of them when they are no longer profitable.

A conservative party proposal, specifically from CDU, advocating for stricter border control policies such as perpetual checks at Germany’s EU borders, effective denial of entry for those without proper documents, and immediate detention for individuals facing expulsion, was narrowly approved by the Bundestag (Germany’s parliament) on Wednesday. However, this approval came with the backing of the AfD. The measures are yet to undergo a formal vote before they can become law.
