Set as an “interquel,” or a story that falls between two main events, this series takes place before the occurrences of “Inside Out 2.” In this production, Director Paula Persimmon (played by Paula Pell) manages the transition of Riley’s dreams as she progresses through adolescence alongside her team. This group includes daydream specialist Xeni (portrayed by Richard Ayoade), as well as feelings voiced by Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Ally Maki, Kensington Tallman, Liza Lapira, Tony Hale, Lewis Black, and Phyllis Smith.
