The incident leading to this charge took place on June 18 in Sag Harbor, NY, where Timberlake was arrested for driving under the influence. During his tour, he was stopped for running a stop sign and driving on the wrong side of the road. The police report (via PEOPLE) stated that Timberlake performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.
