It seems unlikely I’ll have to search extensively to find fellow movie enthusiasts who are disappointed that writer/director Mike Flanagan’s next film, “The Life of Chuck,” won’t be part of the 2024 lineup. As we know, indie distributor Neon intends to release it the following summer after its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. Regrettably, Henry Thomas, a frequent collaborator with Flanagan, will not appear in the film’s cast, which is led by Tom Hiddleston. However, that didn’t prevent Thomas from expressing excitement about Flanagan’s Stephen King adaptation when he spoke to TopMob.
