The head of television for Amazon MGM Studios, Vernon Sanders, has revealed that the studio did try to persuade The Boys creator Eric Kripke to keep making the series beyond five seasons. It has now been confirmed that The Boysseason 5 will be the hit show’s last, and while Kripke has said in the past that the series could go on and on, Sanders revealed while speaking to The Wrap that ending with the fifth outing was all the creator’s idea.
