Almost all films directed by James Cameron are now available for viewing at home in 4K quality. This includes movies like Aliens, The Abyss, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, True Lies, Titanic, Avatar, and the latest release, Avatar: The Way of Water. Interestingly, only one of these wasn’t personally supervised by Cameron – T2 (with Piranha II: The Spawning being an exception). So far, it seems that The Terminator is the only film left to be released in 4K, which is expected to hit stores by the end of this year.

The Academy Award winner shared on social media that they will finish up just a few more days of work next week, marking the end of production. In her Instagram post, Curtis praised Lindsay Lohan, her co-star from the 2003 remake of “Freaky Friday,” with whom she will again share screen time in this sequel.

Yes, this Xenomorph-themed film is now reigning supreme at the box office, having pushed aside Deadpool & Wolverine to claim the throne. The latest installment in the Alien series, directed by Fede Álvarez, has made a strong debut, raking in an estimated $41.5 million during its opening weekend domestically (according to The Numbers).
