In the beginning of “The Big Bang Theory,” viewers are introduced to a quartet of friends who are passionate about science and anything sci-fi related. This group includes Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons), Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki), Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg), and Rajesh Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar). Penny, portrayed by Kaley Cuoco, enters the picture in the pilot episode. Through her perspective, viewers come to understand each character’s peculiarities and distinctive traits. While it might seem that Leonard is the most ordinary of the four because he seems easiest for Penny to relate to, fans have been questioning what “normal” truly means. They argue that Howard should be considered the most normal among the group instead.
