One of, if not the top action franchises, the “Fallen” saga, has moved beyond just movies and into television with the StudioCanal series “Paris Fallen,” now streaming in the U.K. and soon coming to Hulu in the U.S. Directed by Oded Ruskin and Hans Herbots, this series stars Tewfik Jallab (“Blood Coast”), Ritu Arya (“The Umbrella Academy”), and Sean Harris (“Mission: Impossible – Fallout”). “Paris Fallen” has now garnered its first reactions and reviews, and it seems that the spin-off is a fitting continuation of the action thriller series.

As a dedicated cinema enthusiast, I find myself in agreement with Todd Phillips, director of “Joker: Folie à Deux,” who recently advocated that movie theaters should eliminate commercials before screenings. While his opinion may not be revolutionary (many have expressed similar sentiments regarding excessive advertising), it’s hard not to notice the timing of these comments following the less-than-stellar box office performance of “Joker 2.” Indeed, it has been one of the more prominent flops this year.

For nearly a century, Batman has been a prominent figure in the world of comics, making his debut in “Detective Comics” #27 back in 1939. Over the years, he’s amassed an impressive collection of foes, many of whom are considered some of the most formidable villains in the comic book universe. For six decades, Batman tales primarily centered around Bruce Wayne and his crusade against evil. He consistently spearheaded the fight against crime with the aid of his Bat-Team to safeguard Gotham City. However, a significant shift occurred in 1999 when “Batman Beyond” was introduced on television. This unique development saw Bruce Wayne being replaced as Batman for the first time, marking a new era in the Batman saga.

Palace is rapidly introducing their Winter lineups this season, starting with the fifth and now moving on to the sixth. Their London skate brand has already presented a range of robust outerwear and accessories for the season, and they continue to add more pieces to the sixth installment.

Entertainment Squad’s genre label The Horror Collective has released a trailer for Do Not Open, a psychological thriller threatening to expose “the terrifying consequences of our modern obsession with technology” and offer “a stark reminder that the dangers we fear most might already be in our hands —on our phones, tablets, and computers.”
