Unlike many biopics that condense a lifelong story into just two hours, “A Complete Unknown” zeroes in on Dylan’s electric years (1965), when he was met with boos and criticism from some fans. It was during this time that Dylan crossed paths with Johnny Cash, and the duo worked together on several songs, only one of which was released to the public.
