As a longtime fan of both “Suits” and “Heels,” I’m thrilled to hear that Stephen Amell is returning to network TV with the new legal drama spinoff, “Suits: L.A.” Having grown up watching USA’s hit legal series, I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia and excitement at the prospect of seeing Amell in a new role.
The head of television for Amazon MGM Studios, Vernon Sanders, has revealed that the studio did try to persuade The Boys creator Eric Kripke to keep making the series beyond five seasons. It has now been confirmed that The Boysseason 5 will be the hit show’s last, and while Kripke has said in the past that the series could go on and on, Sanders revealed while speaking to The Wrap that ending with the fifth outing was all the creator’s idea.
