Dhamaal 4: Ajay Devgn-led next movie’s climax to be filmed soon? Know details about massive set, action sequences and more

As a die-hard fan of the Dhamaal franchise, I can hardly contain my excitement! According to what I’ve read in Mid-Day, the long-awaited shoot for Dhamaal 4 is finally starting in Mumbai on May 15th. That’s when Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, and Jaaved Jaaferi will be back together again to film an action-packed and side-splitting climax scene! I can hardly wait to see these hilarious guys in action once more!

According to recent reports, the final act and some thrilling fight scenes, including a car chase and another combat sequence, are being planned in a jungle setting. To create this environment, an intricate set featuring mountainous landscapes and dense forests is under construction. As per a source who spoke with Mid-Day, the filmmakers plan to maintain the humorous tone of Dhamaal throughout these action sequences, incorporating elements of physical comedy as well.

In March, Director Indra Kumar started filming the fourth part of his comedy series. During April, he concentrated on capturing individual scenes with the main actors. After completing his portions, Ajay Devgn left for the sets of his adventure drama Ranger in Ooty, while Indra Kumar filmed standalone scenes featuring Jaaved Jaaferi. Meanwhile, Riteish Deshmukh utilized this period to develop his directorial project Raja Shivaji, and Arshad Warsi went on a brief trip to Goa. The team will now reunite for the final phase of filming, which is scheduled to carry on until the end of June.

Recently, Ajay Devgn took to social media to share some exciting news about Dhamaal 4. On April 10th, he announced on his Instagram that they had completed the first shooting schedule for Dhamaal 4 at Malshej Ghat. In a series of joyful photos with co-stars Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Anjali Anand, Sanjay Mishra, and Sanjeeda Shaikh, he wrote, “The fun is returning! Dhamaal 4 has begun – Malshej Ghat schedule wrapped, Mumbai schedule underway! The laughter extravaganza starts now!

Picture-wise, Ajay is captured with fellow cast members in one shot, and in another, he’s seen with director Indra Kumar and producer Bhushan Kumar. Besides the familiar faces, Dhamaal 4 introduces Anjali Anand, Sanjay Mishra, Ravi Kishan, and Sanjeeda Shaikh into significant roles.

The Dhamaal series, initiated by Indra Kumar in 2007, has continued to captivate audiences due to its riotously funny plot and characters. Drawing inspiration from popular Hollywood comedies such as Rat Race and It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, the initial film earned over Rs 50 crore at the box office and led to two highly successful follow-ups: Double Dhamaal (2011) and Total Dhamaal (2019).
