As a seasoned gamer of both music and life, I can say with confidence that this upcoming collaboration between Drake and Conductor Williams is like finding the rarest, most coveted in-game item. The prospect of hearing Drake delve deeper into the realm of hip-hop has me buzzing with anticipation, akin to leveling up my character after grinding for hours.
A new album from Drake and Conductor Williams is reportedly set to release some time this year.
The gossip about the upcoming project was shared by the team on Ebro In the Morning. Co-host Laura Stylez hinted that it might be released sooner than expected, while fellow host Peter Rosenberg added that it’s a collaborative effort between the artist and Conductor Williams. He further mentioned that the project is heavy on hip-hop elements, contrary to recent Drake songs.
The Boy’s most recent project traces back to November 2023’s “For All the Dogs: Scary Hours,” which was essentially a rerelease of his October album under the Scary Hours series. This fresh version of the record features tracks by Williams, specifically “8AM in Charlotte” and “Stories About My Brother.”
Stay tuned for more info and an official announcement.
