As a gamer who has been following Taylor Swift‘s career and concerts for years, I must admit that witnessing Kameron Saunders’ emotional farewell to the Eras Tour was both heartwarming and nostalgic. The bond between an artist and their team is often overlooked, but it’s clear from Kameron’s post that he felt seen, valued, respected, and loved throughout this two-year journey.
Kameron Saunders, a dancer on Eras Tour, shares his emotions after wrapping up Taylor Swift’s two-year-long, record-breaking concert series.
On his Instagram post from Tuesday, the dancer, who gained widespread admiration during the tour, revealed that he’s been shedding tears incessantly ever since the last performance of the Eras Tour in Vancouver on Sunday.
He expressed that he’s still figuring out the right words to fully convey his recent experiences and the past two years of his life, so please bear with him as he finds the best way to express this. However, one thing he’s certain about is expressing gratitude, which leads us to… Thank you to my Boss Lady!
He continued to commend Swift for expertly navigating “this ship with an incredible skill” through the 149 performances spanning 21 different countries and five continents.
With grace, certainty, emotion, fervor, kindness, extraordinary courage, and affection, every moment with you felt like a recognition, an accolade, a treasure, a recognition of worth… darling, I would accompany you anywhere, at any time, in any universe, in every lifetime,” he added. “It’s been a privilege to stand beside you night after night! I won’t go overboard because I know your birthday is approaching and I might have more excessively sentimental expressions. LOL 😂😂😂 But I adore you! Thank you.

During our tour, I was frequently spotted next to Swift onstage during pivotal moments like “Karma,” “22,” and the shift into “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” Early on, the audience really took a liking to me, and that enthusiasm carried me through the entire tour.
Following the conclusion of the Eras Tour, it came to light that over 10 million individuals had attended the performances, generating an astounding $2 billion in ticket revenue, thereby setting a record as the highest-grossing tour ever.
On Sunday, Swift expressed gratitude towards her fans during her performance, acknowledging it as an “unforgettable journey” they embarked upon together.
She expressed to the audience, “I’m voicing the sentiments of my band, our team, and fellow artists who sacrificed being with their families, left behind familiar comforts, and performed despite illnesses or personal troubles. They ensured this performance was for you, and I simply wanted to express our gratitude. On behalf of us all, we’ll always cherish the moment you gave us, thank you so much.
