After making a highly anticipated first appearance at Coachella, Enhypen has now completed two outstanding performances on the Sahara stage – these shows included unique outfits designed by the New York-based fashion brand Who Decides War especially for week two of the event.
Established in 2016, Who Decides War has garnered acclaim for its denim designs characterized by garment distressing and multi-stage hand-dyeing techniques, distinctive features that are prevalent throughout the brand’s collection. The duo behind it, Everard Best and Tela D’Amore, have since been recognized as semi-finalists for the 2024 LVMH Prize and finalists for the 2023 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. Moreover, they made an appearance during the first week of the festival when Zedd showcased a one-of-a-kind piece from their label at his Coachella performance on the Outdoor Theatre stage.
Designing unique ensembles for the seven band members, including Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki, was a collective initiative with their visual team. They explored methods to express the group’s essence through fashion. Best and D’Amore explained, “for this project, we envisioned what a capsule collection for Enhypen might entail and created outfits tailored to each member, drawing inspiration from their otherworldly theme.
In sketches presented to The Hollywood Reporter, unique and individualistic styles of the members are brought to life through various shapes and forms. Specifically for this collection, Who Decides War crafted original artwork, incorporated novel design elements such as “spider web stitching” on certain denim items, and reinvented iconic Who Decides War pieces like their bullet point vest and bondage jeans. Heeseung expresses his gratitude for the custom outfits designed by Who Decides War, stating, “I hope we can pull off these looks effectively,” as they prepare for their performance.
For their second week at Coachella, Enhypen switched up their style, moving away from denim and Western themes towards a gothic and urban aesthetic that complemented their vampire concept. This new look aligns well with the group’s distinctive style, as explained by leader Jungwon: “I believe these outfits carry a vampiric ambiance, making them more conceptual. They are also more vibrant in color, allowing us to present an alternate, bolder image of Enhypen.
As a member of the Enhypen team, I’m excited about the shift we made in week two. Instead of maintaining a polished look to establish ourselves globally, we decided to collaborate with Who Decides War for a more personal style. This choice was carefully considered and intentional, aiming to showcase our unique vibe and boost our confidence.
For week two, the fitting process ran smoothly as several members found that the outfits matched their personal styles effortlessly. “Seeing these ensembles mirrors my everyday attire, it only fueled my anticipation for our performance,” expresses Ni-ki, a fan of the brand. “I’m thrilled to be collaborating with a label I admire.
Jake concurred, expressing his gratitude for the designs that perfectly aligned with their initial concept. The moment he donned the red leather jacket, it resonated with his personal style, leaving him content. He believes they’re poised to deliver a show unlike the first week.

When asked about which song from their Coachella set list best suits their individual outfits, Jungwon responds, “I believe the song that aligns best varies based on each member’s unique style, but for me, I think ‘Daydream’ is an ideal match due to its trendy feel.” Jay selects their 2022 hit “Blessed-Cursed,” stating, “The outfits have a rock music ambiance, which makes this song a fitting choice,” while Sunghoon comments, “My outfit includes a leather jacket, and I feel it harmonizes well with ‘Blockbuster’.
Ni-ki believes that the outfits align well with the first four tracks on the playlist as they are ideal for strong, impactful songs.

As I geared up for the second weekend of Coachella, I couldn’t help but feel the excitement coursing through me. Another memorable show lay ahead, and my spirits soared at the thought of it all.
During the first week, Enhypen were quite anxious, but they managed to deliver an impressive performance without any significant glitches and enjoyed interacting with their fans. I can’t wait for our fans to see a fresh aspect of us in week two,” Sunoo confesses, hinting at the upcoming shows’ success in attracting both dedicated and new fans.
Sunghoon expresses, “We managed to complete the first week successfully, and I feel incredibly proud of this accomplishment. We aim to keep up that momentum and give it our all for the second week.” Heeseung echoes his thoughts: “We’re extremely thankful for the support we received during the first week, and we’re working hard to ready ourselves for everyone eagerly anticipating our next act.

Enhypen caught fans off guard by making an unscheduled livestream after their first performance, and they announced a surprise release of new music on June 5. To further excite their fanbase, the title of their upcoming project was unveiled as “Desire : Unleash“. Additionally, they plan to kick off the North American part of their Walk the Line tour in August, with tickets available for pre-sale starting today (April 23) on Ticketmaster.
