Under a new moniker, Tahliah Barnett, known as FKA twigs, has unveiled the initial single for her upcoming project titled EUSEXUA. This marks her first studio album since 2019. The title track, jointly produced by Eartheater and Koreless, embodies a grand euro-trance declaration.
Twigs utilized Instagram to provide further insights about the creation of EUSEXUA, recounting a rave she experienced in Prague where she originated the term. She refers to EUSEXUA as a “practice,” a “condition,” and the “zenith of human experience.” Twigs also described it as her magnum opus and “the heart of my artistic being.

This winter, Tahliah Barnett (also known as Twigs) is set to unveil an album that promises a mesmerizing rave masterpiece, which could function as the moodier after-party following Charli XCX’s vibrant summer LP, Brat. In 2022, Twigs captivated her audience with the playful and genre-blending mixtape “Caprisongs,” featuring 17 tracks that effortlessly transitioned among indie electronic, RnB, and reggaeton sounds.
