2024’s Free Fire World Series Global Finals has revealed an impressive list of 18 participating teams vying to claim victory and win the gold. This grand event, hosted by Garena in Rio De Janeiro this November, will offer a staggering prize pool of $1 million. The event, considered as their premier esports tournament, will bring together top-tier teams from various international esports competitions.
The competition is scheduled to begin on November 8th and continue until November 17th, starting with the knockout round where the 18 teams will be reduced to just 12. Following this, from November 22nd through 23rd, there will be a stage called “Point Rush” that provides an advantage for the grand finals.
In the end, the Grand Finals take place and conclude on November 24th, during which the competitors will discover who has earned the most points to be named champions.

The competing teams hail from numerous esports qualifiers worldwide. Specifically, there are eight squads from the FFWS Southeast Asia 2024 Fall tournament, three each from FFWS Latin America, and four from FFWS Brazil. Notably, the victor of FFWS Pakistan will also participate. In essence, this event promises to be a globally representative competition that will undoubtedly excite esports and Free Fire enthusiasts as they eagerly anticipate who will emerge victorious in Rio De Janeiro come November.
