2024 saw the announcement that Taapsee Pannu would be appearing in another Netflix film following her role in Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba. The movie, titled Gandhari, delves into the strong bond between a mother and a child. Recently, Taapsee shared a heartfelt post on completing the film’s shoot, stating that certain injuries give an unparalleled sense of accomplishment.
Today, March 17, 2025, Taapsee Pannu took to Instagram and shared a few pictures from the wrap of her upcoming movie Gandhari. The first slide was a still from the film in which she was standing between a group of kids. The next photo showed the actress posing with her team, which included actor Ishwak Singh, writer-producer Kanika Dhillon, and director Devashish Makhija.
Taapsee shared an image featuring a cake inscribed with the movie’s name and “It’s a wrap!” caption. The final frame captured her standing confidently alongside Kanika.
In the caption, Taapsee expressed that if the human body had a No-Sleep mode, she experienced it while making this movie. She also mentioned that if running on the fuel of perseverance and determination is a thing, then she witnessed it throughout this film. Lastly, if having a unified goal of ‘making it happen’ exists, she felt it during the production of this project.
Se continued, “Every time i decide to go against the tide i forget there is a price to pay, a burnout like never before, but some bruises give a feeling of contentment like never before. We gave it all! Bringing it to u soon…. Our #Gandhari.”

Ishwak Singh, who is famous for his role as Imran Ansari in the series Paatal Lok, also shared a post after Gandhari’s wrap. He posted pictures with Taapsee Pannu and Kanika Dhillon.

Gandhari will premiere on Netflix but the release date is yet to be announced.
