Goldwin 0 Looks to Natural Phenomena for Fall/Winter 2024 Collection

As a fashion enthusiast with a deep appreciation for innovative design, I must say that Goldwin’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection for their experimental project, Goldwin 0, has truly captivated my imagination. Having spent years immersed in the world of haute couture and streetwear, I can confidently assert that this collaboration between Nur Abbas and Goldwin is a breathtaking fusion of form and function.

As a devoted admirer, I’m thrilled to share that Goldwin has revealed their Fall/Winter 2024 collection for the innovative project, Goldwin 0. Having become part of this esteemed brand last year as a guest designer, Nur Abbas has teamed up with Goldwin once more for the third season of their technical diffusion line.

Drawing inspiration from the organic spirals prevalent in nature, like unrolling a paper tube, this collection adopts that principle to shape the sleeves of jackets and the legs of pants. The resulting garments exhibit a casual, yet well-defined structure, with varying degrees of curvature and texture.

With this collection comes a variety of cropped puffers and vests, artfully layered over long-sleeve waffle shirts and sweaters. Abbas employed GORE-TEX in the jacket’s construction to fashion a paneled design, which effectively reduces water penetration. In contrast, a parka boasts a spiral design for maximum warmth.

The lookbook was photographed in the forest, juxtaposing the crisp gear with natural phenomena.

Starting October 18, you’ll find the Goldwin 0 Fall/Winter 2024 collection in stock at our physical flagship stores as well as on our official website.

On the opening day, a display called “Goldwin 0 1 2 3 4 5 0: A Retrospective Exhibition” will take place jointly with design studio OK-RM at Tokyo’s Spiral Hall. This event will highlight three years of the brand’s experimental studies. It will feature the debut screening of a film sharing the same name as the exhibition, a unveiling of exclusive publications, and a discussion panel with OK-RM.
