Grand Outlaws brings chaos, crime, and car chases as it soft launches on Android

  • Grand Outlaws soft launches on Android in the US, with full release coming later in 2025
  • Features battle royale, racing, deathmatch, and deep customisation in an open world
  • Cross-platform play, story mode, and global rollout are on the roadmap

A fresh sandbox has appeared, and it’s anything but peaceful. The bold crew from Hardbit Studio is soft launching Grand Outlaws on the US Play Store, promising a rollercoaster of chaos, car chases, and open-world turmoil. Imagine GTA Online scaled down to fit snugly in your hands, yet retaining its signature noise level!

Instead of merely placing an open world on a sparsely populated map, Grand Outlaws offers a dynamic playground where explosions are frequent and seemingly without cause. You’re free to switch between Battle Royale, Racing, and Deathmatch game modes, or simply enjoy the antics with over-the-top character skins and customized vehicles.

Cross-platform gaming is soon to be available, targeting both PC and console versions later in this year. However, at present, Android users residing in the United States are being given early access. A broader rollout is set for 2025, encompassing iOS, Steam, PlayStation, Switch, and other platforms – after all, why limit the chaos to just one place?

Hardbit is hinting at even more exciting developments down the line. There are whispers about live performances, collaborations with popular brands, and a detailed narrative mode with cinematic quality. Eventually, you’ll have the chance to customize your personal lair, collect trophies, and flaunt your criminal empire. If it sounds like something your parents wouldn’t have approved of when you were 12… that might just be the idea.

Concerning the project at hand, the Hardbit team stated: “We’ve been instrumental in crafting games that keep players captivated. Now we’re venturing into an expansive universe with no boundaries. Grand Outlaws isn’t merely a game; it represents our most ambitious endeavor thus far.

On April 16th, the new game, Grand Outlaws, will be available for download from the Google Play Store in the United States. Keep an eye out for additional releases as well! To give you a taste of what’s to come, check out the trailer embedded above.
