Gucci Announces Its Cruise 2026 Show Location and Date

As a gamer who has spent countless hours exploring virtual worlds and cities, I can only imagine the thrill that Gucci and Sabato De Sarno must feel in returning to the real-life city of Florence for their Cruise 2026 show. Having grown up near the city myself, I’ve always felt a deep connection to Florence, its rich history, and its unparalleled beauty.

Gucci, along with their creative director, are preparing for their upcoming Cruise 2026 show in the spring, and they’re planning a tribute to the beautiful city of Florence. This city, where Gucci originated back in 1921, will be the location for them to showcase their Cruise 2026 collection next spring, effectively returning home.

Under the title “Gucci Firenze,” this collection will be the second cruise collection by De Sarno for the brand, following the grand display at the Tate Modern in London last May. The event attracted A-list attendees such as Dua Lipa, Demi Moore, Paul Mescal, and Kate and Lila Moss, further solidifying Gucci’s influence in the celebrity fashion sphere. By choosing Florence as the location for their destination show, Gucci continues a tradition that aligns with its rich history. Similar to De Sarno’s predecessor Alessandro Michele, who held the Cruise 2018 show in Florence at the Palatina Gallery in Palazzo Pitti, the brand has opted for this iconic city as its stage once more.

Currently, the specific location of the brand remains undisclosed for now. However, it boasts corporate headquarters in Casellina, approximately a half-hour drive from Florence. In 2018, they unveiled their leather goods and shoe industrial complex in Scandicci, housing the modern Gucci ArtLab. Additionally, Gucci has established a global digital client service hub in Tuscany.

The Gucci Cruise 2026 show lands in Florence on May 15, 2025.
