Timothée Chalamet was definitely completely known at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday night.
The actor drew not just the gaze of spectators on the red carpet, adorned in Haider Ackermann for Tom Ford and accessorized by Cartier jewelry, but also within the grand ballroom at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

As the evening unfolded and the charismatic Nikki Glaser took center stage, roaming the room with her sharp wit, her opening act was a hilarious barrage of jokes directed at the celebrities. Eventually, she reached Timothée Chalamet, who was in the crosshairs of her humor.
Following a playful comment about Tilda Swinton being nominated instead of Chalamet, Glaser later declared that Chalamet himself was the “outstanding Timothée Chalamet of this year” as well. This joke appeared to be a nod to the doppelgänger competition for Chalamet held in New York City last year, where Chalamet unexpectedly showed up.
The comedian, gazing at the actor from Dune, persisted with her witty remarks, expressing, “May I note that you possess the most striking eyelashes on your upper lip. I find this to be an incredibly appealing feature.
While Chalamet chuckled, Glaser complimented him on his portrayal of Bob Dylan in “A Complete Unknown“. “Fun fact,” she said, “I heard your singing voice was so spot-on that even Bob Dylan himself thought it was awfully bad.” With a wink, she added that Chalamet excels at bringing to life these cherished oddball characters, like Dylan and Willy Wonka.
Glaser was considering who the actor might select for his next role, and she had a hunch it could be Adam Sandler. The host then quipped, “Funny you should mention that name because it sounds like something Adam Sandler would say.” Then, trying to imitate Sandler, she suggested, “Timothée Chalamet” instead.
Next, the camera switched to the actor from the movie “Happy Gilmore 2,” who jokingly said Timothée Chalamet’s name.
