His devoted fan base has been thrilled since news broke out that he would be acting in a Hindi production after an eight-year hiatus, joining forces with actress Vaani Kapoor. The audience is on tenterhooks for any new information regarding the project and recently, it was announced that Fawad will be essaying the character of a chef in this upcoming film.
Fawad Khan to return to Bollywood in the role of a chef
Previously, Filmfare announced that Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor would be working together on an upcoming film, signifying Fawad’s return to the Hindi movie scene since his 2016 release “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.” New information has emerged, revealing that Fawad will portray a chef, residing in the UK.
According to reports, Aarti Bagdi’s upcoming film will be filmed entirely in London and Dubai, with production scheduled to begin shortly after wrapping up pre-production.
In the meantime, information regarding Vaani’s part in the project remains undisclosed. Anticipating its premiere, Vaani is currently focused on the upcoming film “Khel Khel Mein,” set to hit theaters on August 15, 2024 – Independence Day.
Fawad Khan on keeping in touch with Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Sonam Kapoor, and others
Fawad Khan spoke to TopMob about his current connections within the film industry. He revealed, “We occasionally chat or speak on the phone, so I’ve kept in touch. My relationship with the Kapoor family has always been wonderful, and there’s still warmth and regard towards Karan and Shakun as well.”
He mentioned, “There are some producer friends with whom we have a history of working together. Occasionally, we arrange to meet up, and we continue to communicate intermittently. Our relationship remains amicable and friendly, without any hard feelings.”
