As a dedicated follower of Bollywood, I must say that the recent resurfacing of Kareena Kapoor Khan’s video from Karisma Kapoor’s wedding has been quite amusing and intriguing. It’s fascinating to see how Kareena, even in her younger days, exuded a certain charm and grace that is undeniably captivating.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’m always in awe of Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan. Her exceptional acting skills and impeccable fashion sense have earned her a well-deserved spot in the limelight. Recently, an old video of hers has gone viral online – it shows her gracefully adjusting her ghoonghat at her sister Karisma Kapoor’s wedding. The clip has sparked quite a buzz, with many internet users expressing their admiration and some even humorously nicknaming her the “bride-to-be of an upcoming Uttar Pradesh wedding.”
As a longtime fan of Bollywood, I must say that watching the viral video of Karisma Kapoor’s wedding to Sunjay Kapur from 2003 has brought back fond memories of my own experiences with Indian weddings. The video is truly a visual feast, showcasing the beautiful traditions and vibrant colors of Indian culture. However, it was Kareena Kapoor Khan who caught my attention in this clip.
In a video, Kareena’s traditional veil has sparked laughter among online viewers, with comments comparing her to a typical bride at wedding ceremonies in the Uttar Pradesh region. One user jokingly stated, “Kareena seems to fit the role of a bride attending UP weddings,” while another humorously added, “Kareena is acting more like a bride than Karishma.”
“Kareena seems like every girl who is always asked to cover her head during these events by the elderly women.” The third comment compares Kareena’s look to the film Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, which has been rephrased as: “Watching Kareena brings back memories of shooting Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon.”
In the heart-warming video I stumbled upon, it was my beloved Babita Kapoor, the esteemed actress, beaming with joy as she planted a kiss on Karisma’s head. The footage also captured the delightful sight of Karisma, Sunjay, Kareena, and dear Babita posing together with Randhir Kapoor’s siblings—the iconic Rishi Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor, along with their sisters, Ritu Nanda and Reema Kapoor. It was a beautiful family moment that filled me with pure admiration for the legendary Kapoor clan.
In 2016, Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur went their separate ways, yet they remain united in the task of raising their children, Samaira and Kiaan. After a hiatus from acting following her marriage, Karisma returned to the silver screen with Vikram Bhatt’s 2012 film “Dangerous Ishq.” More recently, she was featured in Homi Adajania’s production titled “Murder Mubarak.”
At the moment, Kareena Kapoor Khan was last spotted in the movie “Crew”, alongside Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Diljit Dosanjh. Upcoming for her is the much-awaited film “The Buckingham Murders”, directed by Hansal Mehta, slated to hit screens on September 13, 2024. Following this, you’ll see Kareena in Rohit Shetty’s “Singham Again”, reviving the well-known cop-universe franchise with Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff. Additionally, Kareena has an upcoming project with Meghna Gulzar in the works as well.
