KAYTRANADA and Childish Gambino Get “Witchy” in New Visual

As a long-time fan of both KAYTRANADA and Childish Gambino, I must say this “Witchy” music video is nothing short of enchanting! The way they seamlessly blend their unique talents, all while dressed in custom Gucci, is just the icing on the cake.

Following last week’s announcement that the music video for “Witchy” was imminent, KAYTRANADA has delivered on his promise. The track, one of TIMELESS’ highlights, includes vocals from Childish Gambino, who also stars in the official Bethany Vargas-directed video.

In custom Gucci outfits, KAYTRANADA and Gambino walked into a tiny recording studio, just as a white cat strolled across their path. KAYTRANADA retrieved his mixing gear from his case, while Gambino took up position at the microphone, reciting the lyrics. On the opposite side of the room, a peculiar-looking sorceress started mimicking Gambino’s gestures. Later on, KAYTRANADA stepped away from his mixers and found himself captivated by her magic as well.

The “Witchy” video, being the debut music video from Kay’s TIMELESS collection, is now available as both artists involved in the track complete their tours. KAYTRANADA is wrapping up his TIMELESS Tour, which ends in early November, while Gambino has delayed the remaining dates of his Bando Stone & The New World Tour.
