An essential secondary character from Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Endgame” has been confirmed to join the cast of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) series, “WandaVision,” set to premiere on Disney+ in 2026. Following the spectacular debut of “WandaVision” on Disney+ in 2021, which initiated the MCU’s Multiverse Saga, this series continues to establish a captivating narrative within Wanda and Vision’s segment of the franchise, paving the way for future, exciting tales.
It’s being speculated that Kerry Condon will once again take on the role of FRIDAY in Marvel Studios’ “Vision Quest” series. For several years, Condon provided the voice for Tony Stark’s second artificial intelligence system, but she has been absent from both movies and streaming shows within the MCU for quite some time now.
Based on reports from source Daniel Richtman, it’s said that Condon will portray FRIDAY in human form within Paul Bettany’s ongoing series “Vision Quest”. This marks her debut on screen for any Marvel Cinematic Universe production.
At present, Conden has worked on five Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) projects, starting with voicing the Friday AI system since the 2015 film “Avengers: Age of Ultron”. This came about following Ultron’s destruction of JARVIS’ mainframe. Most recently, Conden lent her voice to this role in the 2019 movie “Avengers: Endgame”. It is anticipated that both Friday and JARVIS will be featured in the 2026 “WandaVision” spin-off.
The upcoming series titled “Vision Quest” is set to be the third installment in a trilogy that began with “WandaVision” and continued with “Agatha All Along“. This storyline will mark the return of Vision, portrayed by Paul Bettany, in his new White Vision form. Speculations suggest the involvement of Emily Hampshire as EDITH, James Spader as Ultron, Faran Tahir as Raza, and T’Nia Miller as Jocasta. The anticipated series is slated for release on Disney+ in 2026.
