Arcade Mode in Marvel Rivals is popular among players who enjoy a no-frills way to play the game.
Rather than fretting over assignments or online competitors, you’re defeating adversaries and moving higher in the rankings.
If you’re new to the game or simply wondering about this particular playing style, here’s a simplified explanation of how Arcade Mode operates and why it’s so much fun!
What Is Arcade Mode?
Arcade Mode in Marvel Rivals has it all for those looking for some quick and exciting action.
For specific tasks, some players may initially struggle to find it, but it’s generally essential.
In certain tasks, it can be difficult to spot at the start, but it’s often crucial nonetheless.
You won’t have to dig through menus, but you’ll need to know where it is.
To switch to Arcade Mode, go to the bottom left button.
Players can pick a map from there and get into a simple, combat-heavy game.
You’ll enter a lobby where you can modify server settings and invite friends to join your game.
Once you’ve picked your mode, tap Start to start the matchmaking process.
In Arcade Mode, during Season 1 of Marvel Rivals: Conquest and Doom Match, you’ll encounter two primary maps.
During Season 1 of Marvel Rivals: Conquest and Doom Match in Arcade Mode, there are two main maps for you to explore.
Each map offers unique guidelines and playstyles, ensuring that the gaming experience varies based on the one chosen by the player.
In the “Conquest mode”, as many as twelve participants can participate in a game simultaneously. The respawn locations are positioned away from the main battlefield, offering each player ample room to reorganize and strategize before continuing the fight.
Instead, the Doom Match map offers an experience that’s significantly more frantic and disorderly. Here, the objective remains straightforward: eradicate as many adversaries as you can.
In every game I play, regardless of who’s joining, the guidelines and targets for each map remain consistent.
The person with the highest number of eliminations will be declared the winner. If you are eliminated, you have the option to come back by respawning and continue playing until the round is over.
