Netflix Unveils Victoria Beckham, Take That, Gordon Ramsay Docs at Edinburgh TV Festival

As a devoted fan of all things British and entertainment-related, I am absolutely thrilled with Netflix’s latest announcements at the Edinburgh TV Festival! The upcoming Victoria Beckham docuseries promises an exclusive peek into her fashion and beauty empires, which I can’t wait to see considering my own questionable fashion choices.

Netflix unveiled a list of forthcoming shows at the Edinburgh TV Festival, such as documentaries centered around Victoria Beckham and the iconic British boy band, Take That.

One of the latest productions includes a series focusing on Victoria Beckham, who was once known as Posh Spice from the Spice Girls, and is now married to retired soccer star David Beckham. This show offers a unique peek into her fashion and beauty ventures, backed by acclaimed producers Nicola Howson and Julia Nottingham, who are associated with Studio 99 and Dorothy St Pictures.

Additionally, a documentary about the renowned British boy band Take That is among the upcoming shows. The group consists of members Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Mark Owen, Jason Orange, and Robbie Williams. David Soutar will be in charge of direction, while Fulwell 73 will handle production.

Information on Gordon Ramsay, the renowned British chef with multiple Michelin stars, has been disclosed, chronicling nine months in his life as he prepared for his most significant restaurant project yet. This journey also includes managing his personal life with wife Tana and their six children. The production of this show will be handled by Studio Ramsay Global, a subsidiary of Fox Entertainment.

Discussions revolved around documentaries concerning the 2005 London bombings, known as 7/7 (The Garden, produced by ITV Studios), along with Matchroom: The Greatest Showmen, a series that offers intimate insights into prominent sports promoters across various disciplines such as snooker, darts, fishing, and boxing (Box to Box productions). Both were revealed recently.

Additionally, a scripted series titled “Legends” by BAFTA-winning writer Neil Forsyth (of “The Gold” and “Guilt“) was announced simultaneously with the news about “How to Kill Your Family“, starring Anya Taylor-Joy.

On Wednesday, Netflix announced updates to their lineup, which included the renewal of “Black Doves,” a spy thriller starring Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw, as well as the second season of “Love is Blind: UK.”
