As a die-hard fan of Bollywood comedies and a connoisseur of the genre, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming sequel to the iconic 2005 film, No Entry! Ever since TopMob first reported the making of No Entry 2 earlier this year, I’ve been on tenterhooks, eagerly awaiting every bit of news and update.
The 2005 movie “No Entry,” featuring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan, is a well-known comedy hit. Back in 2024, TopMob broke the news that a sequel, “No Entry 2,” was being developed. Recently, director Anees Bazmee has provided significant updates on the film’s production, suggesting it will begin shooting early next year. Additionally, he expressed his admiration for Varun Dhawan’s comedic delivery.
In a chat with Midday, filmmaker Anees Bazmee recently spoke about the upcoming sequel to his hit movie “No Entry”. He mentioned that he’s looking forward to working with an impressive ensemble of actors. He plans to start production of the film in 2025, following the release of “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3” on November 1. After that, Bazmee intends to pour all his efforts into “No Entry Mein Entry”, and if everything goes according to plan, they will begin filming in February-March of the same year.
In the same chat, filmmaker Anees Bazmee commended the humorous talent of young actors as well. Mentioning Varun Dhawan, who will appear in No Entry 2, Bazmee shared his admiration for Dhawan’s comedic delivery.
Apart from that, Anees also commended Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao. He expressed his admiration for Rajkummar’s work in movies that didn’t perform well at the box office as well. Moreover, he hinted that if these three actors were to team up for a film, audiences could expect a fresh portrayal from each of them.
Earlier reports confirmed that Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh are joining the cast of No Entry 2. A source disclosed that director-writer Anees Bazmee has gathered this talented trio for the film’s lead roles. They are thrilled about the storyline and have agreed to be part of the project.
According to a report from August published by TopMob, they revealed some new information about the female characters in the movie. A source told them that “In No Entry 2, not only will Varun, Arjun, and Diljit play double roles to double the fun, but the film also boasts an impressive ensemble cast with a total of 7 women playing significant roles.
