As a seasoned globetrotter who’s had the privilege of exploring some of the world’s most vibrant cities, I must say, NOMOS has truly outdone themselves with these Limited-Edition Club Campus 38 watches. The “Neon Day” and “Neon Night” colorways are a stunning ode to the electrifying neon lights that illuminate Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, a sight I’ve been fortunate enough to witness during my travels.
NOMOS unveiled two unique, limited-edition versions of the Club Campus 38 watch, exclusively available at their Hong Kong partner, Oriental Watch Company. Dubbed “Neon Day” and “Neon Night,” these colorways are a tribute to the vibrant neon lights and iconic skyline of Hong Kong.
For “Neon Day”, the dial is a beautiful turquoise blue, contrasted by indices in a striking rosy fuchsia. In comparison, “Neon Night” boasts a deep violet hue for its dial. At night, both the hour and minute hands, along with the markers, are illuminated by neon purple, similar to the color found in the Bauhinia flower, a symbol of Hong Kong. As an extra touch, the small seconds display also glows in the dark, emitting a captivating turquoise blue light, representing Hong Kong’s nickname, “The Pearl of the East.
As a gamer, I’d put it like this: “When it comes to my new Club Campus 38 model watches, both versions stick to the standard tech specs, offering up to 43 hours of power reserve thanks to NOMOS’ self-designed Alpha caliber. To top it off, these timepieces come with luxurious vegan velour remborde velvet straps in a soft, stylish gray.
Only 33 instances of both “Club Campus 38 ‘Neon Day'” and “Club Campus 38 ‘Neon Night'” are being offered exclusively through Oriental Watch Company’s online platform and brick-and-mortar stores.
