Vincent D’Onofrio is widely recognized for portraying the infamous villain Kingpin in Daredevil, yet he has another cherished comic book character in his sights. In the initial season of Daredevil (originally streaming on Netflix), D’Onofrio debuted as Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, sharing the screen with Charlie Cox as the main character. Kingpin was instrumental in all three seasons of the highly acclaimed series, and was the first Marvel’s Netflix-verse character to transition to the MCU, appearing in Hawkeye before reprising his role in Echo. With D’Onofrio poised for a comeback in the forthcoming Daredevil: Born Again series on Disney+, there are whispers that he might also be switching allegiances to Marvel’s main rival.
