2024’s “Twisters” might find me without a tornado-wrangling badge like Glen Powell’s character, but when it comes to immersive movie encounters, I can’t resist seeking out premium versions, and the “Twisters” 4DX experience was no exception. Believe me, it was worth every moment!
Halfway through the year 2024, and already several shows have been concluded or canceled. Surprisingly, a significant number of these series are streaming productions. Despite numerous renewals, it seems that at least one streamed show gets terminated each week. Recently, Disney+ announced another one-season show as being canceled.
Due to the recent Hulu documentary “Brats,” the Brat Pack, the well-known team of ’80s actors such as Rob Lowe, Ally Sheedy, Judd Nelson, Andrew McCarthy, and Emilio Estevez, have experienced a surge in popularity once again. For those who fondly remember their posters on the wall and dressed like these cinematic rebels, their admiration for this band of outcasts never waned. However, it’s the renewed excitement that, as suggested by Lowe, could potentially result in a follow-up to “St. Elmo’s Fire” if all circumstances align favorably.
In the recent episode of “House of the Dragon” titled “The Red Sowing,” Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy) managed to secure an advantage against the Greens by bringing large numbers of commoners to Dragonstone. Although Prince Jacaerys (Harry Collett) disapproved, two new dragon riders – Hugh Hammer (Kieran Bew) and Ulf the White (Tom Bennett) – emerged from the chaos.
