Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton) is undeniably mischievous and malicious. Brutal and thirsty for blood, he’s the unique character who wouldn’t hesitate to shove a chainsaw into another character’s backside – all while grinning and snapping a selfie with the gory mess that remains. What makes this character fascinating is his silent nature; he’s a clown whose costume and makeup are in stark contrast, much like a traditional harlequin. He communicates through facial expressions and by blowing a horn, which only serves to deepen the mystery surrounding him.

As a devoted admirer, I find “Do Patti” (Two Cards) to be a movie grappling with its own identity. It appears that both director Shashanka Chaturvedi and writer/co-producer Kanika Dhillon might not have a clear, unified vision for the film’s core essence.

The upcoming installment of “FBI: International” in the 2024 TV lineup finds the Fly Team jetting off to Portugal on October 29. Instead of a hostage crisis, this time they’re chasing down a missing American, with the clock relentlessly ticking. A sneak peek of the episode (available above) hints at obstacles for the case, and a remark from Wes Mitchell (played by Jesse Lee Soffer) suggests that “FBI: International” may be setting up a surprising revelation about his past issues with the media.

2001’s Shrek, a movie I hold close to my gaming heart, stands as an undeniable animation classic. It was the trailblazer that claimed the first Oscar for Best Animated Feature and is now esteemed among the finest films of the 2000s. The movie ignited a franchise that produced sequels, TV specials, two Puss in Boots spin-offs, a stage musical, and even a fifth sequel was confirmed earlier this year! As we wait for the sequel’s development, John Lithgow is hinting at the possibility of reprising his iconic role as Lord Farquaad.
