As a devoted fan, I’ve always admired Shreyas Talpade for his knack of making people laugh through his effortless acting in numerous films. Following the triumph of the initial Golmaal movie, filmmaker Rohit Shetty saw potential in me and invited me to join the second chapter, Golmaal Returns. Since then, I’ve been an integral part of this popular franchise. In a recent interview, I shared some exciting news about Golmaal 5 – I can hardly wait to be back with the original cast for what promises to be another unforgettable adventure!

However, whenever Romano comes back into the spotlight, there’s also talk about his beloved sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond. And recently, he opened up about why that project is in his review mirrors rather than his windshield.

Of all genres, science fiction is undoubtedly my favorite. Be it tales of extraterrestrial life or explorations of advanced technology, films in this genre breathe life into realms we can scarcely fathom, making them seem tangible and authentic. However, the appeal goes beyond mere visual spectacle. Frequently, the finest science fiction movies serve as parables about humanity, employing the extraordinary to enlighten us on our own nature.

2024 underwent what online magazine Slate termed as “a renaissance of campy horror,” which means a series of comedically scary movies were launched. Although many old horror films had an enjoyable kitsch factor along with the scares, horror filmmakers from the late 2000s to early 2010s tended towards ultra-realism, producing chilling and serious films like 2013’s “Evil Dead” and 2008’s “Eden Lake.” It’s comforting for many who scare easily to see humor reintroduced in horror movies again.

The third installment of the Sonic the Hedgehog movie series, titled Sonic the Hedgehog 3, has now made its way to Rotten Tomatoes. It appears that our speedy blue friend is not planning on taking a break any time soon! In this new adventure, Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) faces off against popular character Shadow the Hedgehog (portrayed by Keanu Reeves). Alongside his long-time adversary Dr. Ivo Robotnik and his grandfather Gerald Robotnik, both characters played by Jim Carrey. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has generated a lot of buzz with its debut on Rotten Tomatoes, boasting an impressive 86% fresh rating based on 49 reviews, making it the top-rated film in the franchise.
