Previously, Rawal announced his departure from the comedy series through a post on Twitter, which he shared via his account @Rawal. This announcement followed several rumors suggesting a disagreement between him, Akshay Kumar, and the production company regarding his payment for Hera Pheri 3.
Paresh’s tweet said, “I want to make clear that my choice to leave Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative conflicts. I’m emphasizing again: there are no creative disagreements with the movie director, Mr. Priyadarshan. I have a great deal of affection, respect, and trust for him as the filmmaker.
According to reports from Bollywood Hungama, Paresh Rawal allegedly announced his exit from Hera Pheri 3. Previously, during an interview with Lallantop, he likened his iconic character from the series to a “gale ka fanda” (a noose around the neck). He also mentioned that following the initial film’s release, he pursued fresh and varied roles by reaching out to directors such as Vishal Bhardwaj and R. Balki, suggesting his aim to avoid being stereotyped in future projects.
