The creator of “Peaky Blinders,” Steven Knight, will be responsible for producing a forthcoming movie chronicling Oasis’ much-awaited 2025 reunion concert tour.
Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, who previously worked on the LCD Soundsystem documentary/concert films “Shut Up And Play The Hits” and “Meet Me In The Bathroom”, are expected to take the director’s chair for an upcoming movie. Magna Studios will be responsible for its production, while Sony Music Vision will manage its distribution. At this time, no additional information about the film has been disclosed.
The Oasis Live ’25 tour, happening next year, will be the band’s first live performance since they split up in 2009. It starts in July, with shows scheduled across various countries including the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
