In the past or more recently, around 2023, rumors circulated about a fresh spin-off of the popular Persona series hitting mobile devices. After almost two years, we are thrilled to announce that Persona 5: The Phantom X will indeed be available on both mobile and PC platforms globally, with its release just around the corner next month!

Absolutely, mark your calendars for June 26th as that’s when fans of Persona can grab their hands on Persona 5: The Phantom X. In this mobile version of the popular RPG, you’ll step into a new character’s shoes, leading a group of Phantom Thieves much like those in the original Persona 5. You’ll be navigating through contemporary Tokyo as you embark on your adventure.

For those unaware, the Persona series is divided into two main aspects: the first being the ordinary lives of students you engage with, participating in school activities and classes together; the second part involves the nocturnal activities of a group known as the Phantom Thieves, who are assisted by mysterious entities called Personas during their exploits at night.


It’s not a Stand

The game “Persona 5: The Phantom X” captivated fans of the Persona series. Unlike a typical spin-off, it’s more like a separate sequel with its own storyline. While it does continue some elements from the original plot, most other aspects, including characters and settings, are completely new.

In addition to the Velvet Trials PvE mode, Phantom X presents fresh castles, keepsakes, and a guild system for your enjoyment. Moreover, rumor has it that characters from Persona 5 will make an appearance as well!
