Playboi Carti Takes NYC by Storm in “ALL RED” Visual

As a long-time follower of Playboi Carti and his unique blend of trap and hyperpop, I must say that his latest release, “ALL RED”, has not disappointed me one bit! The track, along with its vibrant music video, perfectly encapsulates the energy and style that Carti is known for.

After debuting “ALL RED” a week ago, Playboi Carti traveled to New York City to celebrate its release and mark his 29th birthday. However, the pop-up concert he organized in Brooklyn was abruptly closed shortly after it started. Nevertheless, Carti used the footage from his time in NYC for the official music video of this track.

Wearing an unofficially disclosed Pelle Pelle collaboration jacket, Carti drives casually through city traffic in an SUV. He drops by a magazine store to pick up his latest cover issue and spends time with his well-known friends; brief appearances are made by NAV, Meek Mill, and Luka Sabbat.

In a departure from his last solo studio album in 2020 titled “Whole Lotta Red“, Carti’s new release, “ALL RED”, showcases him rapping in a deep tone. The lyrics include, “I adorn VETEMENTS on her thighs / I wear a mask because I’m fried / All red, I’m with the Fives / All red, we arrive and shoot / All red, someone might die / All red, I overindulge then drive,” which he delivers in the first verse.
