2025’s highly anticipated film, titled Sikandar, boasts the collaboration of superstar Salman Khan and actress Rashmika Mandanna. Lately, Rashmika shared on social media that filming has begun, posting a backstage picture from the set. This revelation has only fueled fans’ anticipation for the upcoming movie.
On September 11th, Rashmika Mandanna used Instagram Stories to post a behind-the-scenes snapshot from the initial day of filming Sikandar, her new project alongside Salman Khan. The image showcased an attractive floral arrangement and a delightful flower vase, along with a heartfelt message welcoming Rashmika warmly.
Enhancing the sweetness, she incorporated a charming Korean hand gesture – a heart symbol – in the picture, which has moved fans with her thoughtful action. According to updates, the movie is expected to feature several crucial scenes filmed in Europe, including an impressive action sequence with approximately 10,000 pistols and bullets. It has been suggested that Salman Khan will assume two roles, and an intense fight scene between his characters and the villain’s son was staged on a private aircraft.
Based on the latest report from Bollywood Hungama, it appears that Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna are planning to jet off to Europe towards the end of 2024 for the purpose of shooting two songs as part of AR Murugadoss’ upcoming movie titled Sikandar. The renowned music composer, Pritam, has created an energetic dance track and a heartfelt romantic ballad tailored exclusively for this film.
According to reports, Producer Sajid Nadiadwala intends to film these songs on a lavish scale at various European locations that are still being determined. The movie “Sikandar,” which falls under the Nadiadwala Grandson banner and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is set for release in cinemas on Eid 2025.
In terms of her career, Rashmika Mandanna has recently been seen alongside Ranbir Kapoor in the film Animal. Upcoming roles for her include reprising Srivalli in Pushpa 2: The Rule, working with Allu Arjun, and a part in Sikandar.
