On Tuesday, January 21, Saif Ali Khan was released from Lilavati Hospital after being treated there for approximately five days following a stabbing incident at his Bandra residence. The attack left him with several injuries, and he underwent surgery to help with his recovery. Doctors had previously stated that the actor was on the road to healing, and now he has been discharged from the hospital.
According to a video posted by photographers, Saif Ali Khan was seen exiting a vehicle. The cameras of the paparazzi managed to capture him. In response, the actor happily smiled at the photographers who were waiting inside the car.

On January 16th, Saif Ali Khan was assaulted by an intruder at his home in Bandra, during a failed burglary attempt. After the incident, he was quickly taken to the hospital for immediate medical care, with his son Taimur Ali Khan and another individual accompanying him. The surgery involved the extraction of a 2.5-inch-long blade that had been lodged in his back.
On Sunday, January 19, a suspect from Thane was apprehended by the Mumbai Police in Thane. The individual has been identified as Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, who is approximately 30 years old. Initially, the Mumbai Police believe him to be a Bangladeshi national based on initial evidence. It’s alleged that he altered his identity to Vijay Das during an unlawful entry into India. At present, he remains in police custody for a period of five days.
