In his post, he stated, “Their achievements will always be remembered. It is truly an honor to share with you the story of Maj Shaitan Singh Bhati PVC and the soldiers from Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon regiment. This battle, known as the Battle of Rezang La, took place on November 18th, 1962 during the Indo-China war, is a testament to the extraordinary bravery, heroism, and selflessness demonstrated by our armed forces in the face of adversity.

Akhtar expressed, “We express our gratitude towards the Indian Army for their assistance in portraying this remarkable story of valor on the big screen. With great humility and deep respect for those we are depicting, we begin production today.
