As an ardent fan of Bollywood, I can’t help but feel a pang of nostalgia when I look back at the magical journey that was Chhichhore. Five years have passed since this masterpiece graced our screens, and yet it remains etched in my heart, much like the indelible ink of Aniruddh Pathak’s (Sushant Singh Rajput) signature on his students’ notebooks.
2019 saw the release of Nitesh Tiwari’s Chhichhore, featuring Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor as the main characters. Alongside them were Tahir Raj Bhasin, Varun Sharma, and Navin Polishetty, who played crucial roles in this coming-of-age comedy-drama. On September 6th, marking five years since its release, Shraddha fondly looked back at the film’s production, sharing memories of working with Sushant while recalling their past moments together.
On Friday, Shraddha Kapoor posted some fun behind-the-scenes snippets on Instagram from the Chhichhore film set. A video clip shows Shraddha, Sushant Singh Rajput, and Tahir Raj Bhasin striking amusing poses together. They’re all having a blast during their photoshoots and showcasing the characters they play in the movie. Shraddha is seen making a heart shape with her hand gestures.
Although the actress appears adorable in a bright yellow crop top and green skirt, Sushant exudes handsomeness wearing a blue checkered shirt paired with black pants. Tahir, on the other hand, is casually stylish in a blue and white sports-style sweater and blue denim jeans.
A photograph shows Shraddha strolling alongside the late actor Sushant, likely during the movie’s publicity events. One reminiscent moment features the Chhichhore crew celebrating by jointly cutting a cake. Additionally, there are images of the cast smiling for group photos together.

In the movie Chhichhore, Sushant Singh Rajput portrayed Aniruddh Pathak, also known as Anni, who was a divorced man of middle age. His character, Anni, faced the heartbreaking prospect of losing his son Raghav due to his failure in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Shraddha Kapoor emerged as both the love interest and eventual wife of SSR’s character throughout the storyline.
