Rohit Shetty says he feels satisfied with having a good ensemble cast
For over twenty years, Rohit Shetty, the acclaimed director in Bollywood, collaborated with a number of esteemed actors and actresses. Among them are Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Kajol, to name a few.
During an exclusive interview with TopMob, the filmmaker shared his excitement after managing to bring together a stellar cast for his movie. When asked how he felt about this achievement, he expressed joy in having the chosen actors accept his invitation to join the project and embody their respective characters.
“Shetty remarked, ‘I derive greater joy from seeing the right actor bring a character to life in my film than from the accolades for casting them. The true gratification comes from our collective efforts in crafting and watching their performance.’”

Yesterday, Rohit Shetty, who shares a lovely bond with actor Ajay Devgn, posted a nostalgic video to mark the 13-year anniversary of their hit film “Singham.” In this video, Rohit also announced that on this significant day, Ajay completed shooting for their upcoming project, titled “Singham Again.”
In the video, the text is shared: “We reach the 13-year milestone for Singham, reflecting on destiny’s wonders. We conclude filming Singham Again with Ajay sir today. This marks my 13th collaboration as an actor under his direction, yet our partnership started in the ’90s when I was one of his actors. Thirty-three years have passed and we remain unstoppable. Join us at cinemas for Diwali celebrations.”
As an obsessed fan, I can’t contain my excitement when I think about the star-studded cast of “Singham Again”! Not only do we have the brilliant and fierce Prabhakar a.k.a Singham (played by none other than the amazing Suriya), but we also get to see Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Shweta Tiwari, Siddhartha Jadhav, Dayanand Shetty, and Ashutosh Rana on the big screen. Wow! What a lineup of talent! I can hardly wait to see them all in action!
