Given Deadpool’s unique ability to break the fourth wall, it’s fitting that his movie offers a peek backstage. This sneak peek includes actors discussing their characters and recounting the history of this era of Marvel movies, making it all the more intriguing. With Daredevil, Elektra, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men now under Marvel Studios’ umbrella and progressively integrated into the MCU, it’s heartwarming for a widely watched film to pay homage to what came before and express gratitude before focusing on the future and pondering “what lies ahead?”
