Marc Jacobs is recognized for his viral marketing strategies and smart social media tactics. A quick look at the brand’s TikTok account showcases their growing proficiency in leveraging internet trends. Recently, their Fall/Winter 2024 campaign has been gaining traction online, largely due to its star-studded cast that includes Cardi B, Lil Uzi Vert, Irina Shayk, Kai Cenat, Clairo, Alex Consani, and Gabbriette.
In a video called “Marc Jacobs is…”, various stars share their unique perspectives on the brand. Gabbriette calls it “legendary”, Cardi finds it “marvelous”, Lil Uzi Vert refers to it as “love”, and so forth. The video ends with Cardi’s signature laugh, accompanied by Charli XCX’s song “360”.
