In a recent chat with Galatta India, Actress Janhvi Kapoor discussed the hurtful comments she experiences online. When inquired about cyberbullying, she reminisced on the advice given by her sister, fellow actress Khushi Kapoor.
As an ardent fan, hearing Khushi say, “You’re not well-liked on Reddit,” left me baffled, almost like a deer in headlights…It’s astonishing how much animosity there is. Roshan concurred and added, “But then you move on to another discussion.”
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share some intriguing insights Janhvi disclosed about Reddit. She described it as a hub teeming with spies and mentioned that the community often harbors peculiar information. The Dhadak actress cautioned that sometimes this data and beliefs might be inaccurate. Intrigued, I often find myself questioning whether such stories are truth or mere speculation when I come across them.
Previously, during a workshop led by TopMob, the actress from Ulajh, Janhvi, shared insights about managing cyberbullying in her personal life. She expressed that the appreciation for her abilities on movie sets serves as a significant affirmation to her.
Drawing inspiration from director Nitesh Tiwary’s praise for one of her shots, Janhvi chooses to disregard harsh comments from anonymous critics on social media. However, she welcomes constructive criticism and has implemented necessary adjustments based on it.

On August 1, 2024, the premiere of Ulajh took place. Janhvi Kapoor’s beau, Shikhar Pahariya, along with her acting siblings Arjun Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, were present at the event, offering their encouragement.
Under the guidance of director Sudhanshu Saria, the cast includes Roshan Mathew, Gulshan Devaiah, Rajesh Tailang, and Adil Hussain for the movie titled Ulajh. Meanwhile, Janhvi is set to work with Sunny Sanskari, Ki Tulsi Kumari, and Devara in upcoming projects.
