Beginning in April 2024, Ng is crucial for ensuring that Bitget adheres to international laws. His responsibilities involve engaging with global authorities and securing necessary licenses to facilitate Bitget’s global market growth strategies.

Prior to joining Bitget, Ng served as the Head of Government Affairs & Policy and General Counsel at Binance. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in managing Binance’s compliance and settlement processes with global regulatory bodies, including US authorities. His service at Binance concluded in August 2023.

Prior to joining Binance, David Ng held notable roles within Uber. Initially serving as their Legal Director, he later ascended to the position of Business Development Director. Notably, during his tenure at Uber, he played a crucial part in orchestrating the complex $2 billion merger between Grab and Uber’s Southeast Asian operations.
