As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I must admit that I’ve seen some peculiar characters grace the gaming world, but Appley and Avon, fruit-themed NPCs? Now that’s a first! The Fruit Festival in Play Together seems like a fun addition to the game, especially for those who enjoy a bit of whimsy with their virtual adventures.

Haegin’s mobile social network game, Play Together, is introducing another summer event titled Fruit Festival. This event introduces a fresh NPC offering engaging missions and rewards, along with the usual array of cosmetic items and additional features to discover. Let’s dive into this basketful of new updates!

The character introduced is named Appley, who presents you with a selection of tasks related to the festival. Completing these missions earns you Fruit Bingo Coins. You can subsequently exchange these coins for a round of Bingo (of course), which in turn grants you rewards such as in-game money, gems and an apple-themed outfit.

However, if you’re not fond of apples, don’t fret! The avocado-loving NPC Avon will also allow you to exchange your Fruit Bingo Coins to create Fruit Pets, which include ten unique types like the Dewy Avocado and Cheeky Melon. To add to that, there’s the Plump Peach Attendance event where you can earn a range of cosmetic rewards just by logging in for seven consecutive days.


Fun fruits

As a gamer, I’m stoked about the upcoming update, packed with in-game tweaks and user interface enhancements! Yet, it’s hard for me to wrap my head around the idea that two characters would be dressed as fruits, let alone share the same space. Are they rivals? Will Apple and Avocado clash in a deadly showdown? Only future gameplay will reveal the answer.
