Reverse: 1999's polar adventure heads into its second phase with a new six-star character!

  • Reverse: 1999’s “Farewell Rayashki” arc heads into its second phase
  • The newest character is the six-star arcanist Windsong
  • A researcher of ley lines and irreverent dreamer, she’s seen as an eccentric by many

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for time-traveling RPGs and a soft spot for eccentric characters, I’m thrilled to dive into the latest update of Reverse: 1999. The introduction of Windsong, a six-star arcanist who researches ley lines, promises an intriguing twist in the game’s narrative. Her quirky nature and dreamlike approach to science resonate with me, as I’ve always found that the unusual characters often bring the most depth to the games I play.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that in 1999, we’re stepping into phase two of version 1.8, bidding farewell to Rayashki and welcoming a significant new six-star character – Windsong. This quirky researcher is set to join Bluepoch’s time-traveling RPG, adding another fascinating character to our team of arcanists. There’s more! Keep your eyes peeled for a slew of other exciting additions that are in store for us!

A scientist and tracker named Windsong, known for her research on energy lines called ley lines, has earned some peculiar labels from others. However, considering the strange events depicted in Reverse: 1999, Windsong’s unconventional approach to science might not be as absurd as it seems at first glance. Don’t miss out on the chance to summon Windsong with the debut of the “Crossing Lines” banner starting today!

1. You can rejoice as Windsong joins us for the upcoming event titled “Full Moon Blessings”, taking place from September 13th to 20th and offering numerous attractive prizes. Additionally, “Journey to Mor Pankh” is set for a brief re-run starting from September 6th until the 19th, giving those who missed out on it an additional opportunity to participate.

It’s a bit chilly

Although Reverse: 1999 doesn’t drastically deviate from the conventional look of gacha games, it still makes an effort to venture beyond the norm. Its unique blend of real-world settings and historical periods maintains a touch of anime style, but the game offers enjoyable moments as it jumps from locations like Australia, Vienna, and now Siberia.

And while we haven’t added Windsong (yet) our most up-to-date guide is the definitive tier list of all Reverse: 1999 arcanists! So go check out how your fave stacks up.

Here are some fresh titles I’ve been eyeing this week! They’re part of our weekly roundup of top-tier mobile gaming releases. Give them a spin if you’re up for something new!
