Sonic SVM announces $12.8m HyperGrid Node sale on Solana

As a seasoned researcher with a penchant for blockchain technology and a knack for spotting promising projects, I find the HyperFuse Nodes sale by Sonic SVM to be an intriguing development within the Solana ecosystem. My interest is piqued not just by the potential growth of these nodes in securing the multi-SVM network but also by the opportunity they present for individual investors.

In simple terms, Sonic SVM has launched a public offering for HyperFuse Nodes, which is a significant milestone as it’s the inaugural node sale within the Solana network.

As stated in a press announcement sent to crypto.news, these nodes are crucial for both the security and expansion of the multi-SVM network. Operators can use them to confirm state changes and thereby boost the system’s overall efficiency.

The innovative Sonic SVM has created a unique system dubbed HyperGrid, enabling the construction of novel network structures, or “grids,” which interface with the Solana blockchain. These grid nodes provide incentives through token rewards and track accountability for holders.

In the HyperGrid structure, HyperFuse Nodes play a vital role. They provide a chance for community users to acquire Sonic Tokens at a price point lower than what was offered to leading venture capitalists during Sonic’s $12 million Series A funding round.

The sale

The sale provides a discount of more than 30% on the 50,000 nodes, which falls under the Series A valuation when all dilutions are considered. This makes it easy for individual investors to invest at a reasonable price.

Operators of nodes can anticipate advantages from Sonic SVM’s extensive user base of approximately 2 million digital wallets and more than 1.5 billion on-chain transactions, in addition to the burgeoning Solana (SOL) gaming sector.

Through collaborations with more than 40 game development studios and offering over ten games on its platform, operators can potentially gain returns from the prosperous gaming industry. This venture is supported by prominent investors such as Bitkraft, OKX Ventures, and Galaxy Interactive, who have collectively invested $16 million into Sonic so far.

Sales events dates

As a crypto investor, I’m excited to share that I’ll have the opportunity to acquire HyperFuse Nodes through a series of sales events coming up. The festivities begin on September 16 with an enticing 24-hour raffle sale, and on September 18, exclusive sales will be held for members of the Sonic community and partners via a whitelist sale.

Starting September 19th, we’ll kick off the public sale. The initial node sale on our platform, Delysium’s Nodpad, will highlight HyperFuse Nodes, our most cost-effective option. Keep in mind, supplies for these events are limited.

In July, Zeebit unveiled intentions for the debut of its Web3 microgaming platform built on the Solana blockchain, which will leverage the Sonic Layer 2 network. The goal is to provide games that can be verified on-chain, with non-custodial payouts, shifting player records from Zeebit’s current Solana system over to Sonic.
