2023 saw Vedang Raina make his screen debut with The Archies, and now, he’s getting ready for the premiere of his eagerly anticipated movie titled Jigra. This will be his initial project alongside actress Alia Bhatt. A sneak peek at the film has been unveiled recently, complete with the tune Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka playing in the background. In celebration, Vedang penned a heartfelt message for his 15-year-old self, as he took on the role of a singer for this particular rendition.
8th September, 2024 saw the simultaneous release of Jigra’s teaser trailer and the song Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka. Vedang Raina shared the audio link on his Instagram Stories. Accompanied by a heartfelt message, he wrote, “A nod to the 15-year-old Vedang who used to strum his guitar at home, singing into a camera – dreams really do come true.

The track Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka has been used in the background of the film’s teaser trailer to enhance the emotional impact. It is originally composed by RD Burman, sung by Kishore Kumar, with lyrics by RD Burman & Anand Bakshi. In Jigra, the song’s music has been recreated by Achint, with vocals by Vedang and additional lyrics by Varun Grover.
